At True Mind + Body, most of our therapists are in- network with BlueCross Blue Shield PPO Plans. If your recommended provider is not in-network, we will inform you prior to scheduling.
We are not in-network with BCBS HMO plans. If you are unsure whether your plan is PPO or HMO, please contact your insurance provider directly. Note: Not all clinicians are paneled with BCBS PPO.
If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, we will automatically provide you with a monthly superbill—a detailed invoice that includes all required codes and clinical information. You are responsible for paying for sessions at the point of service and for submitting these superbills directly to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
We recommend verifying your out-of-network coverage before beginning treatment, as some insurance plans do not reimburse for out-of-network services.
Yes. You can use your HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) debit card to pay for qualifying therapy expenses, including copays, deductibles, and private pay sessions—as long as the expense occurred after the establishment of your HSA/FSA.
Alternatively, you can pay out of pocket and request reimbursement from your HSA/FSA. We are happy to provide superbills for this purpose.
Please note: We do require a backup credit or debit card on file in case your HSA/FSA account does not cover the full cost of a session.
Standard sessions are 45–50 minutes. Additional time may be billed at the clinician’s prorated rate.
