Co-Founder and Co-Owner, True Mind + Body & The Art of Well-Being
Caroline earned her master’s degree from the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. She specializes in working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, parenting challenges, interpersonal dynamics, and maternal mental health—including infertility, pregnancy-related anxiety, and postpartum depression/anxiety.
Caroline’s clinical experience spans a wide range of settings, including schools, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient therapy at True Mind + Body. In addition to her clinical work, she is a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Practitioner (PRYT-P), Therapeutic Yoga Instructor, and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). She has completed 500+ hours of internationally recognized training programs in yoga, yoga therapy, and kids and family yoga. While she is not currently offering individual yoga therapy sessions, she is honored to facilitate occasional yoga therapy groups within the practice.
As both a therapist and co-owner of True Mind + Body, Caroline is deeply passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their truest, most empowered selves. She embraces the belief that, “things don’t happen to you, but for you” (within reason)—a mindset shift that supports clients in moving from a place of feeling stuck or victimized to one of clarity, agency, and growth. Caroline is currently completing advanced training to become a Spiritually-Informed Therapist, expanding her ability to support clients in exploring life purpose, spiritual alignment, and lasting inner peace.
Outside of her work, Caroline enjoys time with her family and two dogs. She also loves ceramics, drawing, reading, traveling, and deep, meaningful conversations.
