Lilly is a Licensed Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Chicago and her Bachelor of Social Work from Louisiana State University.
Lilly works with children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum support, trauma, emotional and sensory dysregulation, social skill development, and behavioral challenges. Her diverse professional background includes supporting children with autism as an Applied Behavior Analysis line technician, serving individuals and families affected by cancer in a nonprofit setting, and providing therapy to children and adolescents as an intern in private practice. Most recently, Lilly lived in Madrid, where she worked as an English teacher in secondary schools—an experience that further strengthened her ability to connect with young people from varied backgrounds.
Lilly believes that meaningful growth begins when clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. She helps children and adolescents recognize and express their emotions, regulate their nervous systems, and develop practical tools that foster resilience, confidence, and independence.
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play-based therapy, Polyvagal Theory and nervous system-informed care, Lilly tailors therapy to each client’s individual needs. Through movement, creative expression, imaginative play and talk therapy, she builds upon the strengths already present in a child and family while introducing new skills and strategies.
Originally from Chicago’s North Shore, Lilly is excited to return and serve the community in which she grew up. Outside of work, she enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets.
