STRESS-BUSTERS Yoga Series
Our Stress-Busters Yoga Series is unlike any yoga class your daughter has taken before! Designed specifically for stressed-out teen girls, this series guides participants through a new theme each week so they can learn to tune-in to their bodies and connect with them in a new way. Stress Busters Yoga will help your daughter develop life-long skills for calming herself down when under pressure, being present in the moment, and meeting life's challenges with confidence. Classes are 90 minutes long, including a group discussion at the end to allow participants to connect experiences in class with their lives “off of the mat.” Beginners welcome!
InPOWERING Yoga & Fitness Series
Held in two separate classes, one for 5th & 6th graders and one for 7th & 8th graders, this one-of-a-kind mind-body class offers a combination of fitness (35 minutes) and yoga (40 minutes) with a thematic group check-in as girls enjoy a healthy snack between the two styles of class. Led by Melissa and Caroline, LCSWs and fitness/yoga instructors (respectively), this series will not only be fun, inspiring, and energetic, but will intentionally guide participants to feel great about themselves, learn important stress-reduction skills, and feel happy and healthy on the inside and out. This program is ideal for girls who are looking to develop a passion or hobby, boost their self-confidence, feel healthy, and have fun! All levels welcome!
Dare to Dash: Running Series
Dare to Dash is a one-of-a-kind running group! This series provides girls with an opportunity to work together and learn to love running in a fun, supportive and no-pressure environment. In a group setting, girls will motivate and support each other. In addition to running, Dare to Dash will focus on boosting self-esteem and promoting strength from the inside out. Fitness changes lives! Not only will it help your daughter develop a healthy lifestyle, but it will increase her energy and promote increased happiness and self-confidence.
Fitness Series
Wanting to be healthier and more confident? This is a series for girls working towards healthy weight management. Our boot camp provides girls the opportunity to work together towards their physical and emotional goals in a fun, supportive, and low-pressure environment. Classes are 75 minutes long, with the first 45 minutes dedicated to a fun and rigorous workout. The remaining 30 minutes will consist of a group check-in designed to help girls create healthier habits, break old cycles, and promote healthy body image.
